ACS International Training for Service Technicians


The International Training for Service Technicians took place from 27 to 29 March at our headquarters in Massa Martana.


The personnel of the Italian and foreign Assistance Centers that take care of installing ACS test chambers and assisting our customers was very satisfied by both the content and the organization of the course.


Our technicians provided them with information on updates to standard and special products and details were provided on the latest version of the MyKratos™ software and the MyAngel24™ interactive assistance service, now enriched with additional customer benefits.


MyKratos™ includes the innovative MyAngel24™ interactive assistance system (activation on demand).

MyAngel24™ is the online diagnostic and interactive assistance system that allows the management and the monitoring of the test chamber from everywhere at any time. The system includes multiple customer-oriented services such as the automatic reporting, self diagnosis and the monitoring of the main components status for preventive maintenance.
