Training course for Service Technicians
This Course provides Service Technicians with all the information and updates necessary to assist ACS customers in a professional and highly effective way.
This 3-day course provides a broad overview of technological innovations regarding the ACS product range, from the main ACS standard chamber series (for Temperature/RH tests, corrosion tests, vibration tests, thermal shock tests) to some examples of custom designed chambers.
The basic aspects of the main ACS control S / W are also analyzed:
- MyKratos ™, including the MyAngel24 ™ interactive remote assistance system
- WinKratos
- Others
Basic issues dedicated to installation and testing are treated during the course, with important exchanges of experiences between customers that are precious for the company and for its continuous improvement process.
