The new T and RH chambers with transcritical CO2 cooling technology are an evolution of the subcritical version already launched on the market and are a revolutionary product that combines innovation, efficiency, sustainability and safety:

They do not require chilled water: like the previous FGAS versions that were equipped with an air condenser, they are equipped with an exchanger that allows operation for ambient temperatures up to +35°C.
Improved cooling: faster below -20°C.
Acoustic comfort: extremely low noise level
Extremely safe: no flammable gases inside
Energy efficiency: reduces consumption by up to 15% (average).
Interchangeability: same dimensions as previous F-GAS versions

The switch to CO2 (R744) in cooling systems has also represented a significant advancement in ACS refrigeration technology.

Unlike conventional systems using R449A - which lose most of their cooling capacity at temperatures below -25°C and reach a minimum temperature of only -40°C - the CO2 cooling unit configuration effectively cools down to -50°C, maintaining a higher cooling capacity even at the minimum temperatures required for automotive testing.

In addition, these systems operate more quietly than conventional systems, improving comfort in noise-sensitive environments.

Finally, CO2 cooling systems eliminate the need for regular leak checks, making maintenance much easier.
