The Compact Line of ACS Climatic and Thermostatic Chambers combines performance and flexibility. Their limited size and ability to do climatic and thermostatic tests makes them the ideal solution for those who do not have enough space for a large test laboratory.

These chambers can be supplied with the new ecological refrigerant gas R472B, having a GWP of 526.

The 200 l model is available also in the version with transcritical CO2 cooling technology. CO2 has a Global Warming Potential (GWP) of 1 and this places it well above the strict requirements of the new FGAS Regulation (EU) 2024/573 and its reductions in the environmental impact of high-GWP refrigerants.

It also offers several advantages:

They do not require chilled water: like the previous FGAS versions that were equipped with an air condenser, they are equipped with an exchanger that allows operation for ambient temperatures up to +35°C..
Energy efficiency: consumption reduced by up to 15% (on average).
Extremely safe: no flammable gases inside
Acoustic comfort: extremely low noise level

Control System

The chamber is equipped with a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) for managing all the chamber’s functions and safety interlocks.

The chamber basic control is supplied by Weazy™, a very flexible HMI accessible on the 7 inch on board display.

WinKratos (optional) allows the complete management of the chamber functions: from manual control to the creation (through the graphic editor) of test profiles, including monitoring and recording, processing, graphical representation and analysis of data.

MyAngel24™ (optional) is the Advanced Services Platform developed by ACS to offer fast, effiicient and secure remote activities, allowing Automatic Reporting and Preventive Maintenance.
