Discovery My Climatic Chambers for severe stress screening
The Discovery My ESS climate chambers were developed to help manufacturers detect product and manufacturing defects. Performing a stress screening test can reveal “infant mortality” and the failures of defective product components. These problems may occur after delivery of the product and also during the warranty period.

The range of the ACS “ESS” series Climatic and Thermostatic Chambers allows you to control the temperature and humidity inside the test compartment, in a range from -70°C to +180°C (temperature) and from 10% to 98% (relative humidity). Two versions are available, based on the rate of temperature change (10°C/min and 15°C/min).

Control System
The chamber is equipped with a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) for managing all the chamber’s functions and safety interlocks.
The chamber basic control is supplied by Weazy™, a very flexible HMI accessible on the 10 inch on board display.
WinKratos (optional) allows the complete management of the chamber functions: from manual control to the creation (through the graphic editor) of test profiles, including monitoring and recording, processing, graphical representation and analysis of data.
MyAngel24™ (optional) is the Advanced Services Platform developed by ACS to offer fast, effiicient and secure remote activities, allowing Automatic Reporting and Preventive Maintenance.
