Proud to announce that we have been officially accepted as a Member of the International Astronautical Federation
Founding members includes organizations from Argentina, Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Last October 2024 we became member of the biggest international space organization in the world, the International Astronautical Federation. With 563 member organizations from 81 countries, the Federation boasts an exceptional network that includes the world's top space agencies, corporations, space societies, research institutes, universities, associations, and museums.
We are a now part of a global community that discusses policy issues, develops new technologies and space-based applications, and raises awareness of the advantages of space for life on Earth. We will work together with all space actors in order to expand the space industry and promote collaboration.
Ten space societies recognized the inherent advantages of coming together to present scientific and technical papers pertaining to space endeavors, and they founded the IAF in 1951.
Now we are member of this extensive network, a “space family”, more than 70 years later working toward the objective of "Connecting @ll Space People”.
The Federation organizes several activities: the International Astronautical Congress (IAC), their premier event, as well as various global conferences (GLEC, GLOC, etc.), international space forums, workshops, and the yearly IAF Spring Meetings.
